StiLLLearning-project was invited to offer a webinar for European Distance and E-Learning Netowrk (EDEN NAP) of its preliminary research results. 

The topic of the webinar was “Digital skills and training practices in disruptive industries: a European perspective”. The StiLLLearning team introduced some of the project’s general research results paying attention to the results of using digital technologies at companies. The team members discussed also some qualitative country-based considerations. The aim of the webinar was to offer ideas for practical implications of learning technologies for HR managers, learning specialists and VET schools in disruptive industries. The webinar members dialogued about motivating and engaging employees to continuous learning at work, and implementing digital tools in learning in more active ways.
