Starting the second phase

The StiLLLearning team is now finalizing the research report and concluding the first phase of the project, IO1 (intellectual output 1). In its online meeting, the team discussed especially on the digital training tools and its meaningful use in competence development at work. The team kicked off the second phase of the project, IO2, which aims to design and implement training activity. Due to Covid-19 the training activity will be implemented online as a transnational workshop for discussing the research results and co-creating new training solutions for learning at work. The ideas gathered in transnational workshop will be published in the open Idea Bank at the end of January 2022. Besides the new training suggestions, the Idea Bank offer curated open educational resources (OER) for competence development. The StiLLLearning team debated a lot how to make the transnational workshop engaging for partners, and concluded to organize for two occasions. The first one concentrates on research results and the second one on collaborating on new ideas in small groups supported by digital group work and ideation tools.
