The research results discussed

The StiLLLearning team gathered together online to discuss the research results and findings. The research process has been interesting and comparing the results from different countries and fields is very engaging. The teams discussed especially about the disruptions faced in the past and expected in the future in the involved industries, current competences and future skills needed at work, factors which support or challenge continuous learning at work and current training and competence development practices. Also use of digital technologies in continuous learning was paid special attention to. The research result report will be published in October 2021.
