Research on its way

Despite of Covid-19 the data gathering in StiLLLearning-project’s partner companies is proceeding. The individual interviews and focus interviews are all implemented online.  In align, all research participants respond to the online questionnaire. In the Finnish case study, we focus on the bioeconomy industry. Altogether, we carry out 13 online interviews with employees from a large bioeconomy company for qualitative data. Nine (9) members of the management board participate in an online Delphi survey covering two rounds, and 53 employees respond to an online questionnaire. In further, we interview three (3) higher education teachers in from the different bioeconomy degree programmes. The interviews aim at recognizing changes in the industry and at work, competences and learning methods, skills and learning processes, and future insights related to the industry of bioeconomy.
