StiLLLearning Kick-off

We had a great time kicking off our brand new two-year Erasmus+ -project "Innovative Training Solutions for Learning at Work in Disruptive Industries" aka StiLLLearning with the European partners from Finland, Germany, Italy and Switzerland!

The goal of the project is to investigate learning at work and competences in industries that are strongly experiencing digital disruption in Europe. In further, we aim to co-create new training solutions for learning at work together with our partner companies. We are going to challenge ourselves to cross-fertilize the ideas on the boundaries of formal education and businesses and different countries, regions and traditions. Due to Covid-10 we had an online Kick-off -meeting including a virtual helicopter ride around the campus Häme University of Applied Sciences, virtual snack and finally, virtual sauna.
